From the mineral-rich soils of the Jalisco highlands, 100% Blue Weber Agave is slow roasted in traditional brick ovens for 56 hours and then crushed with an authentic tahona. It is double distilled then allowed to rest for a minimum of 2 months in stainless steel.
Suerte Tequila Reposado
Rested in charred American White Oak whiskey barrels (Jack Daniels and Evan Hill to be exact) for 7 months allowing the perfect blending of oak and agave.
Suerte Tequila Anejo
Rested in charred American Oak whiskey barrels for a total of 24 months, this is truly a whiskey lover’s tequila.
Just to spice things up, Mezcaleros hand crush the Espedin plants in hollowed out oak trees and use toasted corn in the second distillation to mellow out the traditional smokiness of mezcal with some bourbon-like sweetness.
